Chef Arkin Zan originates from konya city where its famous for Traditional Turkish Food especially the “ETLI EKMEK” dish
which he is specialized in, learned it at the early stage of his career then he moved to Bursa where he has developed very well
his skills on Iskender Kebab, Doner marination, skewering and grilling –
